Joan Zerkovich
Joan Zerkovich earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis and her MBA/MIS degree from California State University, Sacramento. Joan spent 20 years in research and information technology positions within the University of California system before becoming CIO of ICAT Holdings LLC, a catastrophe insurance intermediary. She is currently Senior Vice President, Operations, for American Association of Insurance Services, a national advisory firm to over 700 insurance companies in the US. Joan has extensive experience building public, private and nonprofit organizations with a focus on meeting community educational needs and activity support.
